Layout suggestions/Asthetics

I like when the new topics are on the top left, anyone agree? And I like the darker theme more than the bright one. Also, at another academy they have it so the chat box appears under that top banner on any page so you can always see it, but it's not a pop out so it's not in the way. I dunno if we can do that, but I like it. Any other suggestions?

you do know we been had that pop up chatbox right. we are just making changes to it

The chatbox that you say appear beneath the banner on every page can be done and can be done by editing the widget's position I guess.
