Why is Masked heros teir 4 where are infernoids?

they are OCG, this is TCG. The new Masked Heroes are tier 2 OCG but since they are OCG you aren't allowed to use them. TCG decks only

Drs are dead and six SAMs need it to be considered good enough for the current meta. also my question is why yosenju over spirit beast that dosnt make sences since yosenju relayes on the vanity and now that vanites has been set to one its not that good anymore.

Yosenju doesn't rely on vanity, it has it's new spell and trap.
