I would play kagetokage over goblinderg. Reasons: kagetokage can be searched via King of Feral Imps, a generic rank 4. And Goblinderg can be breakthrough skilled/fiendished chains, hindering you plays for a turn while kagetokage cannot

but kagetokage can be a dead draw if it's your only monster in hand, you can't set it.

It's whichever you prefer. Both are good. Goblin can be searced via rota and can make excalibur though.
