So thoughts on the new ARG banlist?

So for those of you who don't know, ARG hosts yugioh tournaments independent of Konami. They've decided they didn't like going by Konami's list anymore so they went and made theirs. They've done some good things and some bad things with it. What are your thoughts?

Restricted to 1:

It's okay. It could be a bit more extensive

Why Bubbleman? His ability is useful but it only works when there are no other cards in the field and the hand you know how hard that is? He's litteraly just Fodder for a summon I mean I get that he can be useful but only 1 Copy?

Supposedly there is some sort of combo or loop that is abused with the use of Stratos, since that was put to one in this format.

Yeah... That Loop can't happen anymore because you needed you needed your enemies side completly useless AND you need a card that is in the banlist: monster reborn Possibly Heavy Storm or someother Spell/Trap Destroying Card
