War against VDA?

Hello, I am Head Admin and War Manager for Vylon Dueling Academy.
I'm here to request a war against HDA. If you accept this war, then the rules will be the following:
• 5v5, 6v6, or 7v7
• 10, 12, or 14 hearts per team
• TCG Only
• April 2014 banlist (even if the July banlist comes)
• Decks Locked after win.
• Decks unlocked after loss.
• All duels done in 2/3 match.
• Banned decks: Any alternate win deck and Burn.

Heavens Duel Academy sends you its salutations.
The war is definitely an interesting proposal; we've not had one in a long time. I cannot imagine the other admins will object, so on behalf of HDA, I accept your challenge.
We will need some time in order to gather together interested duelists. I look forward to our impending matches.
