Alright....Lets us begin with our Archetype. Nordics were dawned in Storm of Rangnarok, which has our boss Odin on the cover. We were used originally by Dragan, and his crew in the 5d's Era, and our purpose is to spam, and revive our bosses, the Aesir Trio.

Let's start with Monsters:

Tanngrisnir of the Nordic Beasts:
LVL 3 EARTH Beast-Type, 1200 ATK, 800 DEF
When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, special summon 2 (Nordic Beast Tokns ATK0/DEF/O LVL3 EARTH)
This guy is our Cherry pie. He's our easiest sync material unless you use...Cough.....Mara.....
3 ALWAYS. Any less is neardeath.

Tanngnjostr of the Nordic Beasts:
 EARTH Beast-type LVL3 800 ATK 1100 DEF
When a monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, when this Defense Position card on the field is changed to face-up Attack Position, you can Special Summon 1 "Nordic Beast" monster from your Deck, except "Tanngnjostr of the Nordic Beasts".
3 Always. He's our combo piece for Thor, an SuperNimble target too? Great!
I'll post the reast of the Thread in the morning.

Tanngnjostr of the Nordic Beasts can also be used to set you up for other gods.
Also running Vanadis is a good option as you can always use her effect to substitute for either a nordic beast or nordic alfar tuner to tune for either thor or loki. As you can already use her for Odin. This depends on the situation.

I. INTRO
Hello, hello, hello. Welcome. If you're reading this thread, let's getting down to business. We know the Deck is not going to be able to stand up to Six Samurai or most other Meta Decks that well. We're also probably here to play it for fun because we like big monsters or we're geeks for Norse Mythology. And that at most we'll be using these to play with our friends or at card shops. Right. If nothing else, let's getting moving on.

First off, history lessons, the Aesir and Nordic cards first debuted in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime in the Semi-Finals of the WRGP, being used Team Ragnarok. Team Ragnarok, simply put, were duelists who had the backing of the actual Norse Gods of Odin, Loki, and Thor as heroes to save the world from destruction. Sadly, their episodes were pretty much nothing but ads for the archetype...

But as to the Archetype themselves:

Aesir
The Aesir are probably some of the biggest Synchro Monsters in the OCG and TCG, with a very short list of peers in terms of raw ATK power. Each comes with a fairly potent field controlling effect meant to help restrict your opponent's actions against them. And they all share a resurrection effect that revives them to the field at the cost of removing a specific Tuner from your Graveyard. And with this resurrection, they usually give you some sort of reward back.

In short: They're nigh impossible to kill through battle, meant to make your opponent panic upon seeing them, and if dealt with by normal destruction methods, your opponent is going to have to deal with them again.

Nordic
The lower level monsters intended to be used with the Aesir to summon them to the field. The majority of the Aesir Monsters (7 out of a total 11) have some form of additional Summoning effect, whether it be for them or to bring out more monsters. The main flaw with these monsters though, is they're small in terms of ATK, and are dependent on conditions to bring out their full potential, thus making them a little slow compared to many other decks, but when they get going, they go quickly.

II. THE RULERS OF ASGARD

 Thor, Lord of the Aesir - Beast-Warrior/Effect/Synchro/Earth Level:10 Atk:3500 Def:2800
1 "Nordic Beast" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, you can negate the effects of all face-up monsters your opponent controls, until the End Phase. During the End Phase, if this face-up card on the field was destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard this turn, you can remove from play 1 "Nordic Beast" Tuner monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When it is Special Summoned by this effect, inflict 800 damage to your opponent.
The Champion of Asgard. It has a mass Skill Drain effect attached to it, but only for Monsters. The main use of this is to get past wall monsters or other irritants that might ruin your day. Its second effect is universal to the Trio, allowing you to revive it at the cost of its Tuner. Which for Beasts, with all their DREV support, isn't a huge issue.

Its third effect is a nice burn effect, but is probably the weakest of the Trio's Revival Effects. Its monsters, the Nordic Beasts, form the easiest monsters to Synchro with in the Archetype, however, which might be why it got the burn effect. And barring a Kalut or Honest, it's not going to be able to be destroyed by battle.

Loki, Lord of the Aesir - Spellcaster/Effect/Synchro/Dark Level:10 Atk:3300 Def:3000
1 "Nordic Alfar" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card during your Battle Phase, you can negate its activation and destroy it. During the End Phase, if this face-up card on the field was destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect) and sent to the Graveyard this turn, you can remove from play 1 "Nordic Alfar" Tuner monster from your Graveyard to Special Summon this card from the Graveyard. When it is Special Summoned by this effect, you can select 1 Trap Card in your Graveyard, and add it to your hand.
The Trickster of Asgard. It has a very limited No-Cost Counter effect, not unlike Chevalier de Fleur's, that allows it to plow through Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison that might try to remove it from the field, but after that, it can get nailed by Phoenix Wing Wind Blast, Raigeki Break, Icarus Attack, or whatever else your opponent might drop in the way.

It has the Revival Effect of its fellow Aesir, but, most times, you're probably going to be using Vanadis in place of Svartalf, let's agree there, so you should be careful to protect this guy. However, it and Svartalf can both be returned with Escape from the Dark Dimension.

Its third effect is probably the strongest of the Aesir, allowing it to recover any Trap Card. Need revival? Get Call Of The Haunted? Need Removal? Bottomless Trap Hole, Gungnir, etc. Need an ATK boost? Megengjord. You used it and you need it? It can get it back
