Staff Application of the Month

First topic message reminder :

For the rest of the month we will be recruiting a few people for the following staff positions.
As a staff:
-You must have a friendly and professional attitude.
-Dedication towards the position and forum.
-Compassionate to newcomers and other members.
-Last but not least but the most important, responsibility, although given power please do not abuse it.

Teacher (2 spots)
Must have a good base amount of the rulings in general and a unbiased attitude towards other players. MUST BE ABLE TO POST DECK REVIEW, CARDS REVIEW, TIP AND OR RULING. THIS IS A MUST.

Tester (Full)
Must have a good base amount of the rulings in general. Be able to test and follow the rubric of the academy. Wise decision maker for the results, and a unbiased attitude towards match ups.  

Mod (Full)
Must be able to function and work with the chat box tools. Wise decision on when to clear chat and when to kick or ban people according to the rules of the academy. Be responsible of their power and not to abuse it.

Assistant (Full)
Help out with the HDA Events and recruiting for the Academy.

What can you provide that other cannot: Well I'm quite experienced in dueling and have had allot of them so I'm quite familiar with the rulings and in case I'm not sure of one I'll be sure to look it up (I won't pretend that I know all of the rulings). I'm a very active member and you will see me on at least 2 hours per day unless I have something planned. I've also had experience being a tester since I was a tester in my last academy and thus I already have decks who are specific to test people. The previous academy I was a tester on was Chess Masters Duel Academy but that one died out.

What can you provide that others cannot: I am fair, and unbiased. I am also extremely outgoing and I am always polite towards new members of the community. I am an extremely intelligent individual, and would be able to effectively gauge another duelist's skill level based on his duel with me. Most importantly, however, I can dedicate a lot of time towards being able to test newcomers, since I am currently unemployed.

What can you provide that others cannot: I am currently in Teaching Minor. I know a bit or two about teaching. Also, I do have extensive knowledge of rulings. I also edited the previous version of HDA Ruling Tests.
