Too many staff members

as of late, there have been staff positions taken left and right.  It is starting to become overwhelming because if anyone looks hard enough stats will show that there are more staff people than regular duelists online each and every single day.  There has to be some sort of limit and I hope that people will agree with me on this issue to help this place become better.  Obviously, more staff than regular members is clearly not the answer.

Just gotta recruit, you cant have a functioning duel academy without staff. My philosophy, get a kick ass staff set and make the place look good then recruit and people will stay and be active.

I agree dead that we have a LOT of staff but that because staff members are the only active members. I mean whenever I log in to chat or to HDA in general I usually see staff but not many normal members. If we were to have more ACTIVE members then the amount of staff members is perfect so I voted YES for the time being.

I'd have to disagree. This is one of the top academies, so I strongly believe that a huge population will join. If you have a set amount of staff members then one day when a staff logs on and sees 10 people wanting a test. It could be overwhelming. The more the merrier I say.

I understand we need staff but everytime I come on the whole place is staff, no one thinks that is bad or overwhelming to anyone?

The less amount of staff members limits everyone.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying keeping the amount at a minimum can hurt the academy.

While I agree with dead limitation i also agree with Nexal So I propose that we dont have a restriction for testers  besides or just make the limitation Like 2 more now

im talking all staff not just testers

Yes, I know but im saying if there are 10 people that need to be tested well its not gonna work out

That is true. But this privilege only applies if no testers are online. Remember that first. The staff member must also be given permission to test by being a Ra and up. If you feel you're not a good test, it's best you don't test and practice for the future.

i feel that staff positions are just handed out way to easily like testers, some testers still complain about certain decks and i think thats not what a tester should be a tester should be someone who is prepared for tier 1 or good decks no matter what, if anything as i have said before staff members should be at least blue before they can be testers, teachers and the other staff members and i think there should be a test rubic on it like teacher test, tester test, admin test or trial. thats how it should be

it would make sure our staff is fit for the job, you talk about taking the academy serious then get good staff members, this is the only way to do it
