July TCG Banlist

The new banlist is out.
Runthrough:
Nothing new has been added to Forbidden.
Mirror Force is now unlimited
Dimensional Prison is now unlimited
Reinforcement of the Army is now semi-limited
I don't like it. ROTA at 2 I can understand, but Mirror Force and Dimensional Prison both being unlimited just doesn't make any sense at all. I'm also really disappointed to see that Hands and Artifacts have been left untouched.
