Photon/Galaxy, Cyber Dragons, and Battlin' Boxers for Tier 4.

Skull Servants for Tier 5.

I want an explanation for why you think Batterymen are tier 2.

They're at the bottom of tier two. They're good at otk's and with artifacts and the monarchs storm forth, they're consistent too. Now they have an abusable stratos that's a common, they're good AND budget, so they'll be played a lot. They also don't go into the extra a lot so they have a good shaddolls matchup.

Yeah it looks solid. I like Photons in tier 3. They deserve more recognition.

And how are hero decks teir 4 when they can go toe to toe with meta decks like shaddolls and buring abyss with masked heros?

Well, mask hero's that JFK has is OCG cards, this is TCG. they are tier 2 in the OCG

I also found a way to make it a turbo bubble / mist beat deck. Which is good agenst a lot of meta decks
