Its prophecy, because E Dragons are broken as hell, but prophecy has won/topped more than E Dragons. As well, E Dragons rely to heavily on their baby dragons for their speed. Prophecy relys on spell cards but can utlize them being dead. E Dragons cant do anything if the babies are dead.

Spellbooks are better....... E-dragons have had solid siding counters that have been cut open long ago like electric virus, vanity's fiend, and many other gimmicky card...... Spellbooks on the other hand have every broken thing they need and literally the most broken searcher available in the form of a quick spell that rewards you for doing the most basic of combos in friggin platinum coated gold, spellbooks are more elusive to counter since they have a lot of spell cards that can do many different ways to evade everything.....

Go with or, never seen an or deck....Honestly I think both are overly used, do something unique....or at leaste produce a deck with your own personal twist to it. From this I say....go with a reptile monster deck.
