I was thinking of trying to make some banners, so I was wondering what program to use for it? Any Ideas?

Okay if it allows you to cut around pictures and stuff, like get a render and cut out the main picture then that's what I need.

I have acquired many soft wares, and one of them is Photoshop and yep I got it for free. How? Torrent.
