I was. :I He got mad at me because I was trying to explain to him that he was abusing his power and no one likes a guy who has power, but doesn't understand the responsibility of it.

Let me defend myself. My actions were simply to restore Order to HDA. I felt as if I was treated with disrespect for a VERY LONG TIME. I FELT THAT OTHER PEOPLE WERE BOSSING ME AROUND. Yeezus, one of the admins from XDA said that I need to handle my staff more strictly. So I did. And this is what I get because I was simply fed up with multiple people, disrespecting me.

The thing is, when you're in the position of power YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO IGNORE AND NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING AND DO YOUR JOB. You're not the owner of the academy, you shouldn't go around banning people because "you" think it's best. You talk it over with the other admins. It's not your staff either, you don't own any of us nor are you greater than any of us.

YOU JUST GO AROUND SAYING "OH HEY LOOK, THIS ADMIN IS WEEK, LETS BULLY HIM UNTILL HE CAN GO APP SHIT AND BAN ME SO I CAN GET HIM FIRED. I DID MY FUCKING JOB. IF YOU WANT AN UNORDERED ACADEMY THEN TELL ME TO FUCK OFF AND YOUR ACADEMY WOULD FALL. NONE OF THE ADMINS WOULD EVEN CARE. AND YOU SURE ARE APART OF THE STAFF IF YOU ARE A TESTER OR MODERATOR OF ANYTHING. IT STATES IN THE RULES THAT INSULTING OTHERS WAS AGAINST THE CHAT RULES. I ACTED ACCORDINGLY AND YOU ARE THE FUCKER THAT DECIDED, HEY LETS MAKE ALTS.
