Struggling to build a deck

So recently I discovered a nifty little card (that you all have probably heard of called Number 88: Gimmick puppet of Lio. His effect allows a person to win a duel in three turns, because of this I want to build a deck around him....Unfortunately I'm struggling to come up with a deck that can get me 3 lvl 8's on the field for this to happen. So anyone got any ideas on a deck that might work with this dude?

Dark world? I've never built a dark world deck but looking at there monster list there doesn't seem to be many lvl 8's, only 1 that I can see. (sorry if i'm being nooby, never used a dark world deck and always black out when opponents use them...so boring) Photon gives me more to play with, il have a fiddle with them.
(given up on deck, DN doesn't have many of the gimmick puppet cards for some reason so they're kinda useless, sorry for troubling you guys)
