They'll win this weekend just because it's obviously the best deck

This is what you call an arogant topic people. Evilswarm is a great deck, but not the best. Multiple other decks can easily beat it, after playtesting you realize, evilswarm gets beat if you put a beater over 2550 on the field. Multiple decks can do that relatively easily.

also yugioh most cards that can beat over it naturally are over level 5 xD plus evilswarm has protection and consistency, as much as people over rate evilswarm dont underestimate them they are good for a reason

I do think they have potential at winning, but if your gonna make a bold statement saying its the best thats when I get irritated by statements like that. Show me how its the best deck, wouldnt the best deck be able to counter anything thrown at it and have a 100% win rate? There is no best deck, there is no best player, just something that people need to get through their heads.

It's all about the side deck.

More about the player knowing the deck and everything about it. Can a side deck hurt, yes but if the player knows the deck he/she should be able to win. Its mainly the players current knowledge on the game, and small part of luck with getting a decent handand hoping your opponent doesnt get a god hand.

well to be honest you are both right, its the player, the side and the luck of the first draw as much as you can say evilswarm is a match up deck it still thrashes tones of decks the only decks it has trouble with are proberly constella and madolche

I totally agree I've been running evilswarms for a bit now. They defiantly have their down sides, but if played right you could beat a lot of decks
