mirror isnt op its a staple, if you run into mirror you run into it for something really to be op it has to make an unbreakable field, the card alone and when i say card i mean monster brings every single play out which is why i chose what i chose, veiler isnt op tbh as much as its hard to negate it only really stops a couple of decks after all evilswarm castor still gets his effect off even if he is veilered same with pollux and mermail abysspike, most monster effect nower days are conditions which sucks. and elder the fact you can negate something as easy as mirror kinda defeats the objective of it being op plus ost eople will mst it before they play it, or if your stupid and set 5 the opponent will just tempt your back row, i know this is a long post but still i guess it can explain what makes a card op
