Languages: Phil speaks English, as well as being taught Mandarin and Cantonese from a young age by his parents, he is also fluent in several programming "languages", such as C++, Java, Visual Basic etc.

Personality: Phil is a very shy and secluded young man, who spends most hours in a day behind a computer screen coding various games and perks, Phil is very socially awkward and is very uncomfortable in groups, especially girls.

Likes/Dislikes: Phil enjoys programming, and that is literally all he enjoys. He dislikes people who act tough and big around others, and at times can seem very cautious around people who are very sociable.

Appearance: Phil is a very slim, lean Chinese boy, with a pair of wide-lensed glasses and dark cropped up hair, he is mostly seen wearing a shirt and suit trousers with a pair of pointers on his feet, His suit jacket is present almost all the time. He has dark broen eyes and a thin, wryly smile that is not seen that often.

Strengths/Weaknesses: Phil can do almost anything with a computer in his hands, just give him a keyboard, screen, PC and a 5-bit internet connection and he can hack into anything he likes in minutes, he is very slow and has little common sense, he is not very pysical at all.

History: Phil was brought up in Boston since a very young age, after moving from Taipei at just 18 moths, as soon as he could read he was given a screen which he would spend hours on end working with, by age 5 he could create his own PC with just a few old parts, by 8 he could program his own games using C++ coding. By age 10 he hacked into yugioh dueling network to give himself 1 million exp (lol) and by twelve years he had the capability to hack major corporations such as Sonos and KaibaCorp. At age 14 he was offered a scholarship from MIT to achieve a degree in Programming Science, which he has just completed. At just 16 he now has his own self-built programming tutoring website, his very own supercomputer, built himself, a masters degree in programming science, a degree in Mandarin, no girlfriend, no friends and plenty of sadness...
