Some Ideas to improve testing

I think the teachers should also test because there needs to be ruling involved in the score. That could mean just sending them a pm with a whole bunch of questions that involve ruling. Yes they can just look it up if they are smart but make sure you say in the pm you can only use the wiki to look up cards and dn to look up cards. And also there should be 3 different set of questions so that friends don't tell the answer to another person so that they can get a 5/5 on the ruling test. by 3 sets I mean set A with theses questions, Set B, with theses questions, and Set C with theses questions. It's different for almost everyone.

yes that is a good idea but i would also give marks for different decks used becoz that shows you are skilled in more then 1 deck. I think we should also look at their whole deck. As in the end they show us there hand and extra deck so we can judge them accordingly to the suitability and compatibility of their extra deck

Well, the problem with that is that some ruling isn't explained very well and certain cards are kinda left in this nullvoid land of just not being explained, mostly because they aren't not used very often or some other thing like that. There is also some really weird ruling for cards, like how if you use Future Visions with a spirit monster, the spirit monster doesn't have to go back to the deck due to how the spirit cards are stated.
